I’m a british snowboarder born in 1997.

I was living in the French Alpes from the age of 8 to 14. I learnt to speak French fluently.

I started skiing when I was 6 then quickly moved on to snowboarding because it was more free.
I was 9 when I entered the Chamonix Snowboard club with a friend, where it all started really.

I did competeting in Giant Slalom (GS) and Boardercross (SBX)

I only recently started freestyle and pipe.

In the year of 2010, I first entered the Brits. I won the SBX in my category. I’m currently on the GB boardercross team even though I can’t race internationally until I’m 16.

In the season of 2011, I learnt lots of new stuff and the high point was definitely winning the overall women’s SBX at the Brits.

My dream is just to snowboard and have fun! (maybe some travelling too eh?) :D

Slopestyle (SS): 2 qualifying runs with kickers, boxes and rails. It will depend but usually 3 final runs. Most points.

Boardercross (SBX): 1 qualifying run which is timed, down a course with obstacles like wide turns, rollers and kickers (marked with flags). Qualified in the top best times, you race down in heats of four like a knockout. The key is to get a powerful start. It’s a good spectators sport!
